My name is Tanna Baggenstos, I am a certified strength and conditioning coach with my master’s degree in exercise physiology. In my career thus far, I have worked as the head strength coach at the University of Utah for their softball team, beach volleyball team, women’s tennis team, and men’s & women’s swim team. I have 5+ years of training the general public out of CrossFit gyms, as I am passionate about staying a part of a community that means so much to me and find immense joy in working with the general public. When it comes to training athletes, I am passionate about using my experience and knowledge to show athletes how much potential they have, what they are capable of, and how incredible the human body can be. I want them to learn why they are doing things, how we can prevent injury in a weight room, and what we can do inside and outside the gym to enhance our performance. I am a true believer that I cannot create the athlete, but I have the tools to help highlight the talents of the athlete. Performance training encompasses learning movement quality, power development, speed, strength, increasing muscle mass, improving conditioning, and prioritizing mobility and recovery. With my knowledge, experience, and passion for learning I can provide all of these things and more to you and/or your athlete.
